Oversized T-Shirt Size Chart: Pick Your Size
"M or L?" is the most common question we get, and the honest answer is that it depends on the tee you already love, not on the letter on the label. Oversized sizes don't work like regular sizes, because the extra room is built in. This guide gives you our full measured chart, a two-minute way to check your size at home, and the cases where going one size down makes sense.
Why oversized sizing feels confusing
A regular-fit tee is cut close to the body, so a size label roughly matches your chest. An oversized tee is cut 4–8 inches wider on purpose, with a dropped shoulder and a longer body. So if you size up "to make it oversized", you end up with a tee that's two sizes too big. The rule is simple: take your usual size for the full oversized look.

How to measure a tee you already own (2 minutes)
- Pick your favourite tee, the one whose fit you'd copy.
- Lay it flat on a table or bed and smooth out the wrinkles.
- Chest: measure straight across from armpit to armpit, then double it.
- Length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder, next to the collar, down to the hem.
- Compare with the chart above and pick the size whose numbers are closest.
No measuring tape? Use a 30 cm school ruler three times, or a phone measuring app, and round to the nearest inch.
Size kaise choose karein: three common cases
"I want the full oversized look." Take your usual size. Most people who wear M in regular tees are happy in our M.
"I want it relaxed but not baggy." Go one size down. A regular-fit M wearer often likes our S for a softer oversized line.
"I'm between two sizes." Choose by length rather than chest. If you're tall, the longer size usually looks better. If you're shorter, the smaller one keeps the tee from swallowing you.
Oversized t-shirt size for men vs women
Every Seyasha oversized tee is unisex, so there's one chart for everyone. As a rough guide, women who wear S–M in regular women's tops often choose XS–S for a relaxed oversized fit, or M for a deliberately roomy look. Men who wear M–L in regular tees usually take the same size. These are starting points, so compare the measurements to be sure.

What if it still doesn't fit?
It happens. You can ask for a size exchange within 3 days of delivery. The steps are on our returns and exchanges page. Every piece is printed when you order, so an exchange is printed fresh too. Allow 7–12 days for it, the same as a new order.

Should I size up in an oversized t-shirt? No. The oversized room is built into the cut. Take your usual size, or one size down for a less baggy fit.
