  1. Some people shown on seyasha.com and in Seyasha ads, including the people shown wearing our products, are digitally generated using artificial intelligence. They are not real individuals and do not depict, represent or endorse any real person.
  2. These images were created using AI tools from text descriptions. No specific person's photograph, name or likeness was used as a reference. Before use, we check each image for resemblance to identifiable people, including reverse image searches.
  3. Any resemblance to a real person, living or dead, is coincidental and unintended.
  4. Model images show how a product may look when worn. Print size and placement on model images follow our product specifications; on-screen size varies by device. Garment fit, drape and colour can vary with body type, screen settings and lighting. Please refer to the size chart.
  5. All imagery, including AI-generated images, is created for or licensed to Seyasha and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Our print designs are Seyasha's.
  6. If you believe an image resembles you or infringes your rights, write to our Grievance Officer, Neeta Khare, at ecom.skenterprises@gmail.com (see our Contact page: seyasha.com/pages/contact). We will review your complaint promptly, and where the claim is credible we will remove the image while we review it.
