2. Using the store

By placing an order you confirm you are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You agree to give accurate details when you order and not to misuse the site.

2A. Prohibited use

You must not: hack, probe or try to gain unauthorised access to the store, its systems or accounts; scrape, crawl or copy the store's content, designs or data by automated means (other than search engines indexing our public pages); place fraudulent orders, misuse payment methods, Cash on Delivery or our exchange process; introduce malware or disrupt the store; or misuse the store, the Seyasha brand or our designs in any way that breaks the law or these terms.

If you do, we may suspend or block your access, cancel your orders (with a refund of any amount paid for orders we cancel), and take civil and criminal action, including under sections 43 and 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and recover the damages and costs that the law allows.

3. Made to order

Our products are printed to order by our production partner after you buy. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the printed garment, and garment measurements can vary by about 0.5 inch (1.3 cm). These are not defects. Anything more than that, or any misprint, is covered by our Refund policy.

3A. Humour, satire and zodiac designs

Our designs are humour. They poke fun at everyday situations and at ourselves, not at any real person, employer, community, religion, caste, region or gender. Characters and situations are fictional, and any resemblance to a real person or organisation is a coincidence.

Our zodiac (rashi) designs are for fun and entertainment only. They describe light-hearted personality types. They do not predict the future, and they make no claim about luck, health, relationships, money or any other outcome. They are not astrology advice.

4. Prices, payment and shipping

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Payment methods: Cashfree Payments (the payment methods shown at checkout, such as UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). Printed when you order. Delivered in 7–12 days. Prepaid orders ship free. Cash on Delivery orders pay ₹59 shipping (including GST); this covers the extra cost of collecting cash and is shown at checkout before you place the order. Nothing is added later. If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Delivery, returns and refunds

See our Shipping policy and Refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel free of charge until your order is sent for printing, which is within 12 hours of placing your order. Write to us with your order number. If we cancel your order for any reason, you get a full refund. We do not charge a cancellation fee unless we would bear a similar charge, and none applies today.

7. Intellectual property

The Seyasha name and logo, our designs, artwork, product names, photographs, videos and the text of this website are owned by, or licensed to, SK Enterprises ("we"). They are protected by Indian copyright, trademark and design law.

Buying a product gives you the right to own, wear, gift and resell that physical product. It does not give you any right to copy, reproduce, print, sell or license our designs or marks, or to use them on any other product, website, marketplace or social media shop.

"Seyasha" is used as a trademark. Please do not use it, or any confusingly similar name, for clothing or related goods or services.

7A. Other names and no endorsement

Our designs are about everyday life in India: offices, colleges, hostels, trains, autos and chai. Any word or idea in a design that is also used by another business is used in its ordinary, descriptive sense. We are not connected with, sponsored by or endorsed by any company, app, employer, college, public body, film, artist or public figure, and no design refers to a real person or organisation. Names of other businesses that appear on this website (for example, our payment, delivery or review partners) belong to their owners and are used only to describe the service.

7B. Reviews and content you send us

If you post a review, rating, photo or other content on our store or tag us on social media, you confirm that it is your own honest opinion and your own content, that it does not show anyone's face without their permission, and that it does not break any law or anyone's rights.

You keep ownership of your content. You give us a free, non-exclusive licence to show it on our store and our social media pages, with your first name or username, for as long as it is published. We will ask before using it in any advertisement. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

We publish all genuine reviews, positive and negative. We do not edit their meaning, pay for reviews or show reviews from other websites as our own. We may remove content that is abusive, is spam, contains personal data, infringes someone's rights or is not about the product, and we tell the reviewer why.

7C. Intellectual property complaints

If you believe a product or content on our store infringes your copyright, trademark, design or other rights, email ecom.skenterprises@gmail.com with the subject "IP complaint" and include: (a) your name, address, phone number and email; (b) the right you own (for a registered trademark or design, the registration number, class and country; for copyright, a description of the work); (c) the link to the product or content you object to; (d) why you believe it infringes your right; and (e) a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner.

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours. Where a complaint is complete and appears valid, we will make the product or content unavailable within 72 hours while we review it, and give our decision in writing within 7 days. We comply with orders of a court or government authority within the time the order or the law requires.

Counter-notice: if we remove your content or a listing connected to you, you may reply to the same email with the reasons you believe the removal was a mistake, with any proof. We will review it and tell you our decision. Either side may approach a competent court. Knowingly false complaints may make the person sending them liable under law.

8. Our responsibility

We are responsible for the products we sell, as Indian law requires, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to a refund, replacement or compensation for defective, damaged, wrongly delivered, late or not-as-described products, and under its product liability provisions.

Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control (such as natural disasters, strikes or government action).

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability, or any of your rights, that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law.

8A. Third-party service providers

We use third-party service providers to run this store, including Shopify (store platform and checkout), our printing partner and its courier partners, payment partners, and other technology tools. We choose them with care, share only what they need, and remain responsible to you for your order and for personal data they process on our behalf, as the law requires. Services you use directly under their own terms (for example, your bank, card issuer or UPI app) are governed by those terms, and to the extent the law allows we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

8B. Security

We maintain reasonable security practices and procedures to protect your data. No system is completely secure. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for unauthorised access, hacking, or loss of data caused by cyber attacks or other events beyond our reasonable control, provided we have maintained those reasonable safeguards. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and report it to CERT-In and, from when the law requires, to the Data Protection Board.

8C. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms or this notice limits or excludes any right you have, or any liability we have, that cannot be limited or excluded under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Please contact our customer care first, and then our Grievance Officer, so we can try to resolve your concern. You can also contact the National Consumer Helpline (call 1915 or visit consumerhelpline.gov.in).

Subject to your rights below, the courts at Jalgaon, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your right to file a complaint before the Consumer Commission that has jurisdiction under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including the Commission where you live or work (section 34(2)(d)).
